We accept returns of new and unsoiled merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We require a sales receipt or we must be able to locate the purchase history under the customer profile within our point of sale system. No exceptions will be made without verification that the product was purchased from 1st Place Sports. We do NOT accept the return of sale items. In certain circumstances exchange or store credit may be offered. We do not accept returns of used unsellable products. In some cases an exchange or store credit may be issued if within the 30 day time period. If 1st Place Sports notices a pattern of habitual returns or exchanges we reserve the right not to issue credit of any kind and may request the customer not do business anymore with us.
