Kick off St. Paddy’s week with a fun, fast 5K and 10K through historic Evergreen Cemetery. Enjoy a scenic, mostly shaded course, festive atmosphere, and great race swag.

10K Awards
Top three overall male and female, plus top three in each age group:
10 & under, 11–13, 14–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70–74, 75–79, 80+.
5K Awards
Overall male and female, plus top three in each of the age groups listed above.
Prize Money – 10K “Pot of Gold”
1st Place Male and Female: $200
2nd Place Male and Female: $100
3rd Place Male and Female: $50
1st Place Masters Male and Female: $50
Masters runners can double dip for prize money.
Course
The 10K and 5K start together at 8:00 AM near the entrance of Evergreen Cemetery and finish in a common finish area. The course runs beneath stately oak and magnolia trees and is approximately 90% shaded. All miles and turns will be marked, with digital clocks at most miles.
Race Shirts
All participants receive a technical race shirt with gender-specific sizing.
Race Timing
Races are chip-timed using a timing chip on your race bib. Please wear your bib on the front of your shirt or shorts and do not fold or cover the chip.
Course Restrictions
Bikes and dogs are not allowed on the course under any circumstances. Biking next to a runner may result in that runner being disqualified.
Jacksonville Grand Prix Race
This event is a race in the 2025-2026 Jacksonville Grand Prix schedule. Runners who finish in the top ten of their age group will receive points to be counted in the overall series. Over $5,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded at the end of the series. For more information about the Grand Prix, click here.
