The 1 Mile Fun Run is $12.00 at all times.
There is a $2.00 discount if you own your own chip, but chip number must be entered on entry form.
Children under 13 and Seniors 65 and over pay $15.00 until May 8th.

Benefit Memories of Love
Memories of Love is a non-profit organization, founded in memory of Marty Gottlieb, for families whose parents are battling a life-threatening illness. Our goal is to provide a treasured family respite where children with an ill parent can return home with a suitcase full of special memories to be unpacked and relived for many years to come.
Packet Pickup
Be sure and check the box on the entry form where you plan to pick up your packet. Packets will be available at the following 1st Place Sports locations on Thursday, May 13th from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM and Friday, May 14th from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM.

All packets that are not picked prior to raceday will also be available for race day pick up starting at 6:30 AM.
Race Timing
The race will be timed using the ChampionChip (chip must be worn on your shoe during the race). You can pick up the chip on race morning. Your entry fee covers the cost of the chip rental. If you have your own chip, you need to enter your chip number on the entry form, and deduct $2.00 from the entry fee. You must cross the timing mats to be included in the results. Do not wear your personal chip if you sign up on raceday!
Awards
$100 will be given to 1st Place Male and Female Finisher. $50 will be given to 1st Place Masters Male and Female. Age group awards will be presented to the top three finishers in each of the following male and female age groups as follows: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70 & over.
One Mile Fun Run
The One Mile Fun Run for kids will begin at 8:30 AM after the 5K. All One Mile FInishers will receive a Finisher Medal!
Course
This race will run the same course as our Celebration 5K. This USA Track and Field certified course is very flat and can be very fast. Digital clocks will be located at each mile. All turns and miles will be marked. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office will control traffic on the course. Water stations will be located at the start, 1/2 way, and at the finish.

Parking is available in lots behind and around 1st Place Sports.
