Unique awards for the top male and female and master male and female overall. Individually hand-crafted medallions by a local artist will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each of the following age divisions:

10 & under, 11-13, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-& over.

The race will be timed using the state-of-the-art ChampionChip Timing system. All participants will be issued a timing chip unless they own their own.

		The Children's Way 5K is the 3rd race on the Jacksonville Grand Prix series. The JGP consists of Jacksonville's best 16 running events. These races have accurately measured courses, ChampionChip timing, overall and age group awards, nice t-shirts and excellent post-race celebrations. If you run a Jacksonville Grand Prix race you can rest assured that you are running a high quality event. Overall winners and finishers in the top ten of their age group will receive points. These points are accumulated through out the series to determine the winners of over $2,000 in prize money and age group awards.
